Basic Operating Procedures (Concise Compliance Version)
1. Before Loading
Inspect the tank, valves, and piping for leaks
Connect the static grounding wire
Confirm that the fire shield and fire extinguisher are in good condition
2. During Loading
Load strictly according to the rated capacity; overloading is strictly prohibited
For multi-compartment vehicles, load according to designated media
3. During Transportation
Drive at moderate to low speeds; avoid sudden braking and sharp turns
Avoid open flames and high-temperature areas; do not park illegally
4. During Unloading
Turn off the engine, apply the parking brake, and connect the static grounding strap
Open the emergency shut-off valve first, then open the discharge valve
Close all valves after unloading and confirm there are no leaks
5. Routine Maintenance
Regularly clean the tank and inspect valve seals
Perform regular maintenance on the fuel pump and vapor recovery system
Keep the tank clean; strictly prohibit mixing different substances
