Basic Operating Procedures
1. Pre-operation Preparation: Check the water level in the clean water tank and the condition of the wastewater tank; confirm that the high-pressure pump, brush discs, and suction nozzle are free of damage and blockages; connect all relevant hoses; and verify that the vehicle’s brakes, lights, and other equipment are functioning properly;

2. Starting Operations: Activate the wash-and-sweep mode from the cab, adjust the brush angle, sweeping width, and high-pressure pump pressure, and drive slowly to ensure the brushes make contact with the road surface and the suction nozzle is collecting debris properly;

3. Monitoring During Operations: Monitor the water level in the clean water tank and the liquid level in the wastewater tank in real time to prevent the clean water from running out or the wastewater from overflowing. If large debris is found on the road, pause operations to clear it and prevent clogging of the suction nozzle;

4. End of Operation: Turn off the wash-and-sweep mode, stop the high-pressure pump and brush rotation, drive the vehicle to the designated location, empty the wastewater tank, and clean the suction nozzle, brushes, and tank. Inspect the equipment for any abnormalities;

5. Routine Maintenance: Regularly check the levels of hydraulic oil and high-pressure pump lubricant, clear debris from pipes and filters, inspect the wear on the brushes and replace them promptly, and keep the equipment clean.

Safety and Maintenance Guidelines
Control vehicle speed during operation; avoid pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles, and obstacles; do not operate at high speed in crowded areas. When pressure washing, never aim the high-pressure nozzle at people or vehicles to prevent injury. Never run the high-pressure pump dry without water to avoid damaging the equipment. Empty the wastewater tank promptly to prevent odors and tank corrosion caused by prolonged storage of wastewater. After winter operations, drain all accumulated water from the fresh water tank, high-pressure lines, and wastewater tank to prevent equipment from freezing and cracking; regularly inspect the hydraulic and electrical systems; if leaks or malfunctions are detected, shut down the machine immediately for repairs to prevent further damage; operators must be familiar with the equipment operating procedures; unauthorized operation is strictly prohibited.
