Basic Operating Procedures
1. Pre-operation Preparation: Check that the vehicle’s brakes, lights, hydraulic system, and electrical system are functioning normally. Confirm that the high-pressure pump and suction pump are undamaged and free of leaks. Check the water level in the clean water tank and ensure the wastewater tank is empty. Connect the cleaning nozzle and suction hose. Park the vehicle on level ground, engage the parking brake, and turn on the warning lights.
2. High-Pressure Cleaning: Start the high-pressure pump, adjust the cleaning pressure and flow rate, insert the nozzle into the pipe, and slowly move the nozzle to clear blockages and remove debris from the pipe.
3. Waste Suction: Turn off the high-pressure cleaning mode, start the suction pump, aim the suction hose at the contaminated area, and slowly suck up wastewater, sludge, and other contaminants. Monitor the wastewater tank level in real time to prevent overflow.
4. Waste Discharge: Drive the vehicle to the designated waste disposal site, park securely, apply the parking brake, open the discharge valve, and discharge the waste from the waste tank into the designated area. Close the discharge valve once the discharge is complete.
5. End of Operation: Clean any residual debris from the cleaning nozzles and suction hose. Inspect the equipment for damage or leaks. Drain any remaining water from the fresh water tank and wastewater tank (especially important in winter). Turn off the operation mode and perform routine vehicle inspections.
Safety and Maintenance Guidelines
When operating, control vehicle speed and avoid pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles, and obstacles. Place warning signs in the work area to alert passing vehicles and pedestrians to give way. During high-pressure cleaning, never aim the high-pressure nozzle at people or vehicles to prevent injury.
